Venue details, local shops, parking and facilities are published when tickets go on sale.

⚠️We may perform a basic safety check of your equipment and may refuse connectivity.

⚡️POWER⚡️

Bring a power strip with enough sockets for your needs. It may be that only 1 mains outlet is available to you.

🛜 NETWORK 🛜

Bring a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable with you. Please expect to connect to a 10/100 switch up to 5 meters away.

🪑SEATING🪑

Chairs are provided. However, they are not desk / office chairs. Please bring anything you feel will help increase comfort.

DESK

Tables are provided. Like the chairs, these are provided by the venue. Bring anything you feel will help increase comfort.

🕹️ GAMES 💿

Preinstall what ever games you wish to play. If you decide you'd like to play something else, we can help install games from our collection. Ideally your computer should accept CD / DVD and USB.

🌭 Food & Drink 🫖

The venues we select are always within walking distance (never greater than half a mile) of a supermarket and/or food outlets. We try our best to provide tea and coffee making facilities onsite, but this is venue specific.

Bring a drink and some snacks, just in case!

TOP TIPs

Every effort is made to ensure you can just game, but some venues are chilly, some are warm, some have amazing chairs and tables, some are more modest. We publish the venues long in advance, take a look and think about what you might need :-)
